OPPO adds Spotify Widget to the cover display of the Find N2 Flip

OPPO, has announced the release of a software update for its flagship foldable phone, the Find N2 Flip. The update will bolster the functionality of the phone’s cover display, further enriching the user experience.

Collaborating with Spotify, OPPO introduces an exclusive Spotify Widget for the Find N2 Flip, maximizing the potential of the flip phone’s industry-leading 3.26-inch cover screen. Users can now control playback, utilize the Heart button, and receive content recommendations without unfolding their devices.

Additionally, the update incorporates a custom-built Speech-to-Text quick reply feature, accessible via the cover screen when users receive messages. The feature will support quick reply in popular apps such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Google Messages, Telegram, and LINE.

Since its international launch in February 2023, this marks the first significant update for the Find N2 Flip, reflecting OPPO’s four-year commitment to major device improvements. Rolling out globally from mid-April, the Speech-to-Text feature will automatically update, while users can manually add the Spotify widget through the screen widgets settings under “Pocket Player”.
