Xiaomi Redmi 2 now official!

Xiaomi has announce the Xiaomi Redmi 2, the successor of their mid-range smartphone, Xiaomi Redmi 1S. The new smartphone still packs the same 4.7-inch 720p display but this time, it got some new features like dual-SIM 4G and a better processor. The colors of the smartphone have been changed too and it became more light and less saturated.

The new Redmi also features Quickcharge 1.0 in where you could charge your phone quickly. The phone will be launch in China this friday for $110 or CNY 700. That’s around PhP5,000 in our currency. There’s no word regarding the release in the Philippines.
