TECNO SPARK GO 1 now available in PH, starting at Php3,499

TECNO Philippines has unveiled the new SPARK GO 1, a budget-friendly smartphone that will be available during the upcoming 9.9 sale on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. Priced between Php3,000 and Php4,000, the SPARK GO 1 offers competitive features for its category, including 4.5G network support and a 120Hz display. The phone will be offered at a discounted price during the sale, with the base model dropping as low as Php2,799.

Key features of the TECNO SPARK GO 1

The SPARK GO 1 runs on a 4.5G network, which is faster than most smartphones in its price range. It features a 6.67-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother scrolling and a more responsive user experience. The device is also equipped with IP54 certification, offering protection against dust and water splashes. This makes it a practical choice for everyday use, even in less-than-ideal conditions.

The SPARK GO 1 also comes with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 15W charging via a USB Type-C port, ensuring longer usage times and quick recharges. According to TECNO, the device can perform smoothly for up to four years based on internal testing. Users can also choose between two storage variants: 3GB RAM + 64GB ROM for PhP3,499 and 4GB RAM + 128GB ROM for Php4,099. Both versions are expected to offer adequate performance for basic smartphone tasks and multitasking.

Meanwhile, the phone has a 13MP HDR camera for capturing clear and detailed images. It also features an infrared remote control function, allowing it to control various home appliances, including TVs, air conditioners, and cameras. This additional functionality makes it versatile for users who want more than just basic smartphone features.

For the 3GB/64GBversion, the official price is Php3,499. but during the first sale at TECNO Mobile PH in TikTok Shop, customers may purchase the SPARK GO 1 for as low as Php2,799. Meanwhile, the official price for the 4GB/128GB version is Php4,099 and will first sell on TECNO Mobile PH Official Store in Shopee for as low as Php3,499 .

These discounts are only available for a limited time during the 9.9 sale event.

TECNO Philippines is also launching the #SPARKtheSplashChallenge on TikTok, giving users a chance to win one of 20 SPARK GO 1 units. Participants must create a water transition video promoting the SPARK GO 1’s IP54 water resistance. The contest runs from September 1 to 9, 2024, with winners based on engagement and the number of entries.
