Do you want to enjoy Grab services, and pay later in one monthly bill?
You can do it now through the app’s new PayLater feature, allowing users to shop, dine, ride, and pay at a later date without interest.
HOW PAYLATER WORKS
Grab is bringing its PayLater feature to the Philippines, giving users more payment options to choose from.
The feature is available to loyal Grab users who regularly use the app and those who have significant transactions across Grab’s various services. Those who qualify for the feature will see PayLater as one of their payment methods, along with cash, GrabPay, and enrolled cards.
To enjoy, users have to activate the PayLater payment method in the app.
Later on, users will be given a pre-approved limit for their monthly spend, which will be refreshed upon payment of the PayLater balance.
GRAB’S PAYLATER TERMS AND REWARDING SYSTEM
Those who will subscribe to PayLater will get their monthly bill during the 1st or 15th day of the month. They will be given seven days to settle, depending on their activation day.
Meanwhile, although PayLater has 0% interest, Grab revealed that users will have to pay a processing fee of 3.99% for each consolidated bill. An additional late fee of 3.99% will also be charged if the bill is not paid on time.
Users can enable their notifications to get regular payment reminders before their due date.
Grab users who will use PayLater will also receive reward points for any transaction.
