Google Pixel 7a launches

Google has officially unveiled its latest mid-range smartphone, the Google Pixel 7a, expanding its popular A-series lineup.

One of the notable upgrades in the Pixel 7a is its 6.1-inch OLED display, now equipped with a smooth 90 Hz refresh rate, offering a more responsive and fluid user experience compared to its predecessor, the Pixel 6a. Powered by Google’s Tensor G2 chipset, the Pixel 7a delivers enhanced performance and efficiency.

When it comes to photography, the Pixel 7a introduces a new camera setup. Users can capture detailed and expansive shots with a 64MP main sensor and a 13MP ultrawide camera. The front-facing camera boasts a 13MP sensor, ensuring crisp and vibrant selfies.

The Pixel 7a comes in three attractive colors: Sea, Snow, and Charcoal. Additionally, Google is introducing a Coral variant exclusively available through the Google Store, offering users a unique and eye-catching option.

While the Pixel 7a inherits many flagship features from the Pixel 7 lineup, there are a few downgrades to maintain its mid-range positioning. The device features a plastic back instead of glass, and its IP67 rating provides solid protection against water and dust, though it falls slightly below the IP68 rating of the Pixel 7.

With 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, the Pixel 7a offers ample space to store your files, apps, and memories. Priced at USD499 (~Php27.8K), it balances affordability and performance.
