Apple is expected to unveil iOS 17.4 and iPadOS 17.4 this March and they will have major changes when it comes to game streaming apps such as GeForce Now and Microsoft Game Pass Streaming.
By changing their own restrictive App Store guidelines, Apple opens the door for a wave of game streaming platforms. However, despite the changes, developers still need to submit each game for review in the streaming apps.
What these changes means is that developers and companies of game streaming apps such as Microsoft and Nvidia doesn’t need to utilize Safari web apps anymore as they can now submit their streaming apps to the App Store.
