OPPO is the first official smartphone and Asian partner of Wimbledon

OPPO happily announced that they are the first official smartphone and Asian partner of the Championships, Wimbledon in partnership with All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC).

Aside from the recent partnership, OPPO also has strong existing partnerships in the sports industry namely: the official smartphone partner of FC Barcelona, and as well as the International Cricket Council (ICC).

The Championships, Wimbledon and OPPO partnership will last for 5 years which will begin on The Championships this 2019. The partnership shall work to grow their presence in key developing markets. For instance, OPPO who is eyeing to grow their presence across the UK and Europe to support their plan to expand to these markets; and on the other hand, AELTC, which will benefit on the market which OPPO currently covers especially China.
