Nothing has confirmed that the company will be releasing two new products — the Nothing Ear and the Nothing Ear (a). This time, the company has decided to remove the number scheme in their wireless earbuds.

According to Nothing, this shift focuses “the center on the product and the unique experience it delivers for each user.” However, some speculate this approach might lead to confusion in the future with potentially multiple generations sharing the same “Nothing Ear” name.
Previously anticipated as the Nothing Ear (3), the high-end product is now simply the Nothing Ear. It will be joined by the Nothing Ear (a), which is likely positioned as a more affordable option.
