Apple has officially launched the iPhone 16 today and this smartphone does offer a little bit of change aesthetically compared to the previous generation as the new iPhone 16 is back to the dual vertical camera layout at the back.
As expected, the iPhone 16 will come in two sizes — the regular iPhone 16 and the iPhone 16 Plus which is bigger and better and has been known to last long. Unfortunately, these iPhones still don’t have the Promotion display and you have to go to the Pro series for that.
Inside the iPhone is an A18 chip which comes with a more powerful CPU, GPU, and NPU for Apple Intelligence. Apple has also added a better cooling system for the iPhone which is useful for gaming. Games like Resident Evil and other AAA games would also run now on the iPhone 16.
The new iPhone 16 also features a camera control button that you can use for taking a photo and also for controls on the camera. This can also be a shortcut for the camera app and also controls for camera such as sliding on it for zoom, pressing lightly for other controls and more. For the camera, the iPhone 16 features a 48MP main camera and 12MP ultra-wide camera.
The Apple iPhone 16 will start at 128GB and it is priced at US$799 for iPhone 16 and US$899 for iPhone 16 Plus.
