Infinix is expanding its product lineup with the introduction of its first tablet, the Infinix XPAD, to the Philippine market. The tablet will come with a Helio G99 chipset inside and also an 11-inch display which makes it capable as an entertainment device.
The XPAD is designed for content consumption and educational purposes. It comes with an 11-inch Full HD display and it provides a large enough size for different consumption. The Helio G99 processor might not be enough for more recent games but it’s capable for decent and normal apps and casual games.
There’s also a feature of the Infinix XPAD is its integration of an AI-powered voice assistant called Folax, which utilizes ChatGPT technology. This assistant is designed to offer voice-activated controls and engage in contextual dialogues, potentially enhancing user interaction with the device.
The tablet also comes with LTE for mobile connection and for the camera, the XPAD comes with 12MP main sensor and 8MP ultrawide sensor while for the front-facing camera, there’s the 8MP front-facing camera.
Infinix is positioning the XPAD to be priced under Php 9,500, placing it in the affordable segment of the market. The official launch date for the Infinix XPAD in the Philippines has not yet been announced.
