HUAWEI Band 9 launches in the Philippines

HUAWEI has unveiled its latest smartband, the HUAWEI Band 9. Priced at PHP 2,399 in the Philippines, the Band 9 introduces several upgrades and new features compared to its predecessor, the Band 8.

The Band 9 sports a sleek and slim profile with an upgraded lightweight strap material for comfort. It features a 1.47-inch AMOLED display and an auto-adjustable brightness sensor ensures optimal visibility in different lighting conditions.

One of the new features is the introduction of HUAWEI TruSleep 4.0 technology, offering first-of-its-kind sleep tracking capabilities in the Huawei Band series. It monitors sleep breathing awareness and aims to promote deeper, restorative sleep through its comfortable design.

The Band 9 also comes with the enhanced HUAWEI TruSeen 5.5 technology, which includes a hardware upgrade from a single-channel to a three-channel sensor module. This improvement enhances the accuracy of heart rate and blood oxygen level monitoring. Additionally, the Band 9 introduces pulse wave arrhythmia analysis, allowing it to detect signs of irregular heartbeats for daily health management purposes.

‘The Band 9 also comes with TruSport technology and a 100 sport mode feature, including activities like running, cycling, swimming, and skipping rope. A 9-axis high-precision sensor accurately tracks swimming strokes, laps, and distance.

For those with more casual lifestyles, the Band 9 offers movement reminders to encourage regular breaks and stretching. The integration of HUAWEI Assistant·TODAY and the Calendar App simplifies organization and access to essential information.

Users can choose from five color options – Starry Black, White, Lemon Yellow, Charm Pink, and Blue – and over 10,000 preset watch faces for personalization. The Band 9 boasts a long battery life of up to 14 days on a single charge and supports fast charging.

HUAWEI Band 9 Price and Availability in the Philippines

The Huawei Band 9 will be available starting April 27, with an introductory online promotion price of PHP 1,999 (including a free coffee cup worth PHP 999) from April 4. Customers can also take advantage of 0% interest installment plans through SPayLater and free shipping on select platforms. Limited discount vouchers of up to PHP 100 are also available.
