4 reasons why I like the iPhone SE

iPhone SE, the most affordable Apple smartphone, was recently launched by Apple and it received mixed reactions from fans and enthusiasts. For starters, the iPhone SE is the latest smartphone in the iPhone lineup and it features a 4-inch display and a hardware similar to the iPhone 6s but the iPhone SE still packs a design similar to the iPhone 5s.

Actually, they didn’t change any aesthetics on the iPhone SE except for the rose gold offering. So basically, the iPhone SE is like a refreshed iPhone 5s. Again, it received different reactions due to its similar design but a powerful hardware. And in this post, I’ll give you 5 reasons why the iPhone SE is a still a good smartphone.

1. iPhone SE’s design is still one of the best – Admit it, Apple is one of the best when it comes to designing smartphones and the iPhone 5s is one of their most amazing smartphones when it comes to design. The iPhone 6 and 6S might be unlikeable for some people due to its antenna lines but many companies are still copying its design.
2. You got an iPhone 6s hardware inside – One thing that I really like about the iPhone SE is that they’re using the powerful iPhone 6s hardware. It packs the same camera and CPU but it doesn’t have the similar display resolution and 3D Touch. But hey, the smartphone is still very powerful that you can use for gaming and it means that the iPhone SE’s software is future proof.
3. Some people still love the 4-inch display – Not everyone likes the 4-inch display but not everyone likes to have a big display too and it’s very rare too to see premium smartphones with this display and power.
4. It’s now affordable – Look, this is probably the biggest thing about the iPhone SE. Before, having a more affordable iPhone at this price means that you should compromise the hardware because you’ll be getting a previous generation iPhone but this time, you’ll be getting a future proof iPhone that has the latest hardware.

Another thing. Not all people can afford the latest iPhone but with the new iPhone SE, people can now buy an iPhone with the latest processing power that won’t hurt their pocket that much.

The iPhone SE starts at $399 for the 16GB while you can get a more spacious 64GB variant for $499. My guesstimate for the iPhone SE 16GB and 64GB is P20,490 and P25,490 respectively.
