Samsung gave Windows an open arm again today at CES as they announced the Samsung Galaxy TabPro S, their newest tablet that is aim to compete against the iPad Pro and the Surface Pro. Unlike the iPad Pro, this one will be running on a full desktop OS, Windows 10 and it offers no limitations on apps and games because this one can run full Windows applications and games.
The Samsung Galaxy TabPro S offers a 12-inch Super AMOLED display with 1440p resolution, Intel Core M Processor along with 4GB of RAM. The tablet also comes in either 128GB or 256GB SSD, 5MP Rear and Front camera, and it supports LTE connectivity.
One advantage of having this tablet is its keyboard because it is already bundled within the retail box and it offers already a touchpad and full-sized keys. The tablet is also thin at 6.3mm and it just weights at 693g. However, the tablet only offer a single USB Type-C Slot and you have to buy the optional adapter for HDMI, regular USB and USB Type-C ports. And for those who want to use the tablet for drawing, you can also buy a Bluetooth pen for it.
The Samsung Galaxy TabPro S doesn’t have a price yet and its price is expected to be announce this February.
