the PLDT Telpad

I just saw this a while ago at New Media Philippines, A tablet that runs on android 2.2 and a whooping 1 GHz A8 cortex processor, the processor which is also present on the Samsung Galaxy Tab. PLDT Telpad is a landline + MyDSL service. This thing comes with a special handset and a charger on it

Well the pricing starts at Plan 1849 (1Mbps), Plan 2099 (1.5Mbps), Plan 3095 (2.5Mbps), and Plan 4100 (3.5Mbps) and just add P500 to your monthly PLDT bill if you already have an existing PLDT myDSL plan to get a PLDT Telpad.

Interesting huh?, this may change the landline industry here in our country. Hope that other companies will offer the same too.
