Apple Arcade will be getting Final Fantasy games

Apple has just announced a number of games will be coming to their subscription-based Apple Arcade and some of the biggest games that will arrive soon are Final Fantasy+, Final Fantasy IV: The After Years and Final Fantasy IV 3D Remake+.

While the original Final Fantasy and Final Fantasy IV 3D Remake are now available at the App Store, the “+” versions are the Apple Arcade versions in where you only need to subscribe monthly to play these games on Apple devices at no extra cost. Similar to how Xbox Game Pass and Netflix works with their content.

Final Fantasy IV (3D Remake)+ and Final Fantasy IV: The After Years+ will be arriving to Apple Arcade this December 9 while Final Fantasy+ will be arriving this January 9, 2025.

Another game from Square Enix, Trials of Mana+, is also coming to Apple Arcade this January 9, 2025. It’s a big day for Square Enix fans!
