Sony buys out Ericsson stake, Hello Sony Xperia

Finally, we will no longer write or pronounce the long name of Ericsson when we say the Xperia family of phones because Sony finally acquire Ericsson shares. As part of the transaction, Ericsson will receive a cash consideration of EUR 1.05 billion. So what does this mean to Sony?. In the future, we can see a deep integration of Sony products to Sony phones. Maybe, we can see Sony playstation-certified phones controlling our PS3 soon, Who knows.
