realme made waves in May with the release of the realme C53 featuring a 50MP primary camera. Now, the company has announced its plans to introduce an upgraded version in India on July 19.
The First and Only 108MP Ultra Clear Camera in Its Segment
Realme is positioning the new C53 as the “First and only 108MP Ultra Clear Camera in the segment.” With this significant upgrade in camera resolution, users can expect stunning detail, sharpness, and clarity in their photos. The company also revealed a sneak peek of the color options, showcasing a captivating gold variant that adds a touch of elegance to the device’s aesthetic.
The shared image not only hints at the camera improvements but also reveals some design enhancements. The Realme C53 with the 108MP camera will feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for quick and secure unlocking. Additionally, the camera and flash placement differ from the previous 50MP model, opting for a unique arrangement rather than the squircle-shaped camera island.
Meanwhile, according to a teaser posted by realme’s Indian branch on Twitter, the new C53 will sport a waterdrop notch display similar to the 50MP version. However, details about the remaining specifications of the 108MP model have yet to be unveiled.
