HOW DOES IT WORK
The service is available for all Apple users in the Philippines who bought their devices from Power Mac Center and other stores. The list of devices they accept includes iPhone 7 series or later, MacBook Air early 2015 model or later, MacBook Pro 2017 model or later, and iMac 2017 model or later.
To avail of the service, customers must show proof of purchase for validation, back up or migrate their files beforehand, remove all accessories and personal information, disable all security passwords, deactivate FindMy, and provide their own packaging, preferably the original box. Once the service transaction is complete, the service provider will deliver the device directly to the customer’s preferred address.
