ASUS launches the ROG Phone 8 in the Philippines

ASUS Philippines has launched their newest gaming smartphone in the country, the ROG Phone 8 and ROG Phone 8 Pro. Compared before, it features a more minimalistic design and also a more powerful processor inside.

The ASUS ROG Phone 8 features a customizable Aura RGB lighting at the back while the ROG Phone 8 Pro features an Anime Vision Mini-LED display so you can customized it base on your own style.

While under the hood of the smartphone, both the ROG Phone 8 and Phone 8 Pro comes with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor along with 8533 Mbps LPDDR5X RAM and also a UFS 4.0 storage inside. The smartphones also supports Aero Active Cooler X clip-on accessory.

For its display, the ASUS ROG Phone 8 Pro Series comes with a 6.78-inch flexible AMOLED display with an LTPO panel with a refresh rate up to 165Hz for a seamless and smoother gaming and a brightness of up to 2500 nits.

For the camera, the ROG Phone 8 Series comes with a 50MP main camera along with a Sony IMX890 sensor. It also comes with a wide-angle lens and also a telephoto lens. For the gimbal, there’s the 6-axis Hybrid Gimbal Stabilizer which delivers extremely smooth video. There’s the 13MP ultrawide camera as well along with a 32MP selfie camera.

The smartphone also has AI-enhanced features including X Sense 2.0 along with AI Grabber and more. Of course, the smartphone still features the gaming-centric features such as X mode and also Airtriggers.
