Activision has announced today that Diablo IV will be available on Xbox Game Pass for console and PC starting March 28 PDT. This addition brings the highly anticipated next entry in the iconic action RPG franchise to Game Pass on day one.
Players on Xbox Game Pass will be able to experience the campaign story of Diablo IV as well as jump into the Season of the Construct end-game content. Seasons add new challenges and rewards as players battle against new threats in the world of Sanctuary.
“We’re thrilled to provide Xbox Game Pass members day one access to Diablo IV,” said Will Tuttle, Xbox Wire Editor in Chief. “Now even more players will be able to explore the shared open world, slay demons, and collect countless legendary items when the game launches next month.”
Diablo IV promises to deliver the quintessential Diablo gameplay loop of slaughtering hordes of monsters and gathering epic loot. Players will be able to customize their hero from one of five classes – Barbarian, Rogue, Sorceress, Druid or Necromancer – and master their powers as they fight to stop the resurrection of Lilith.
Adventurers can choose to play solo, locally with friends via couch co-op, or join the connected online world. Delving into randomly generated dungeons with other players provides even more rewarding experiences.
Diablo IV is available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows PC, and phones and tablets via Xbox Cloud Gaming with Game Pass Ultimate on March 28 PDT worldwide.
